*At this time we will only accept payment in the form check, cash or money order.

Payments must be made payable to Wolf Creek Village and must be presented to the campground before “move in day”


Campground Rules and Regulations

  • No open carry firearms, fireworks or drones are permitted. 

  • No one under the age of 21 can consume alcohol beverages on the property. Please drink responsibly.

  • No use of any recreational drugs will be tolerated.

  • Quiet hours are enforced every day from 11:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M

  • Speed limit 10 miles per hour.

    We will issue our members (3) Notices of Violation 

The first violation of any rule or regulation will be Verbal. (2)written violations before being banned from our campground.

There is a no-refund policy if this occurs.

Units and Vehicles

  • One unit per site at all times and must remain mobile at all times

  • Parked vehicles (limit 2) shall remain in your site only. Parking on Wolf Creek Rd is strictly prohibited at any time.

  • Golf carts are allowed but must be registered on application or through the office. 

  • Recreational Motor vehicles are banned by the C.O.R.E so use of them off property is not advised

  • Unit and/or Site are not to be used as permanent residence or place of business

  • WCV must be notified for stays longer than 21 consecutive days.

  • Any recreational units listed for sale must only be viewed in the presence of the site renter/owner

    Visitors

  • Primaries are responsible for all guests and children.

  • Children under the age of 16 years of age must have adult supervision while on the park property

  • Any and all persons must have permission to be on the campground Nov 1st March 31st (off season)

  • All liable renters must be 21 years of age

  • Management reserves the right to ask anyone not in compliance with these rules to leave the campground premises. 

  • Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, loss or injury from any cause to your property or person.

 

Unit Safety

  • Units Must have working smoke/carbon monoxide detectors

  • All sewer hoses MUST have an adapter that fits the in ground sewer openings. Otherwise, sewer hoses cannot be used.  All hoses must be leak free. 

  • Any harmful substances such as oil, gas, antifreeze etc. must be properly stored. Any leaking or unworking vehicles will be towed at owners expense.

  • Sites will be monitored by the campground for safety, cleanliness and maintenance purposes. Renters will be issues 3 Warnings prior to eviction

Pets

  • Pets are allowed free in your site , but must remain on a leash on the park grounds. 

  • Pick up after your pet.

  • Any noisy pets will not be tolerated.

Site Management

  • Trees, living or dead, cannot be cut down or damaged in any way. Subject to financial penalty.

  • Absolutely no ground disturbance, changes to landscape or construction may be conducted on the renter site or campground grounds

  • Ground mats or tents shall be off the grass area at all times

  • Renters whose lease has concluded must leave campsite in good or better condition

  • Anyone found damaging or destroying  property will be expected to make full restitution and may be subject to further legal action

  • Trash should be placed in dumpster.

  • Personal Property such as clothes lines and furniture must be secured and properly stored when not in use.

  • Fires on the campsites must not be left unattended.

  • Fire pits must be in front of the RV site.

 

Liability

WCV can not be held liable for any loss or damages or injury. Campground will not be liable for accidents, theft, weather or acts of gods outside the control of campground

 

 

 Should a breach or violation of this agreement or other posted rules and regulations occur WCV

may terminate this lease agreement. Primary has 15 days to vacate the property of all items or

WCV will remove all personal property off the premises.
